documents voluntarily provided by the issuer
publicly accessible information

It does not include:
auditing of financial statements
legal, tax, or engineering certification
investment recommendations
performance forecasts
any transaction-based activities
Limitations of Verification

Issuer Responsibility
Issuers agree to:

Revocation Policy

material misrepresentation is later discovered

Independence
Crowdfund Forensics receives a fixed service fee for conducting the review.
