The average Reg A valuation for each raise in February 2025 was $495.1 million, a -7.8% change from the prior month ($536.8 million) and a 23.2% change from the same month last year ($402.0 million).

REG A – Number of Active Raises – February 2025
There were 22 total active monthly Reg A raises in February 2025. This is a month-over-month change in active raises of 10.0% from January 2025 (20) and a year-over-year change of 37.5% from February 2024 (16).

REG A – Amount Raised – February 2025
There was a total of $16.8 million raised under Reg A in February 2025. This is a month-over-month change of -69.2% from January 2025 ($54.4 million) and a year-over-year change of 28.2% from February 2024 ($13.1 million).

The average amount raised for each Reg A campaign in February 2025 was $761.9k, a -72.0% change from the prior month ($2.7 million) and a -6.7% change from the same month last year ($817.0k).

Top REG A Equity Crowdfunding Platforms – February 2025

The total valuation of all equity Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) companies raising in February 2025 was $18.6 billion. This is a month-over-month change of 3.3% from January 2025 ($18.0 billion) and a year-over-year change of 43.5% from February 2024 ($13.0 billion).

The average Reg CF valuation for each raise in February 2025 was $34.6 million, a 0.4% change from the prior month ($34.5 million) and a 0.5% change from the same month last year ($34.4 million).

REG CF Number of Active Raises – February 2025
There were 538 total active monthly Reg CF raises in February 2025. This is a month-over-month change in active raises of 2.9% from January 2025 (523) and a year-over-year change of 42.7% from February 2024 (377).

REG CF Amount Raised – February 2025
There was a total of $24.5 million raised under Reg CF in February 2025. This is a month-over-month change of -15.6% from January 2025 ($29.0 million) and a year-over-year change of 23.1% from February 2024 ($19.9 million).

The average amount raised for each Reg CF campaign in February 2025 was $45.6k, a -18.0% change from the prior month ($55.5k) and a -13.7% change from the same month last year ($52.8k).
